Parents to take note during prom season - Educate the teens about signs of dating abuse.
Conducted by Liz Claiborne Inc.–which has worked to end domestic abuse since 1991–and loveisrespect.org, National Teen Dating Abuse Helpline, it have been found that nearly 7 out of 10 teens experienced abusive/controlling behavior from a partner and 2 in 5 teens experienced verbal abuse. Considering that almost 1 in 4 teens agree that sex is expected if you’re in a boyfriend/girlfriend relationship is a alarming fact.
The type of abuse range from control, physical, emotional and sexual abuse.

Well, the world’s largest free online dating site, is now the #1 online dating site, at least in UK. Guess which one? None but Plentyoffish.com of course. Since launched in 2003, it have much more trafic than other similar sites in the market for much longer.
According to comScore’s latest rankings, Plentyoffish.com received 7,209,000 visits in the U.K. during the month of October, 2007 comparing to Meetic sites of 4,397,000, and 2,100,000 for Match.com as a total combined traffic.
Their secrets? Word-of-mouth traffic marketing rather than heavy online ad spending.
Plentyoffish.com has established itself as the predominant force in online dating throughout the United Kingdom. According to comScore World Metrix, Plentyoffish received 114,000 average daily unique visitors to its website compared to Meetic’s 73,000 and Match.com’s 45,000 during the month of October.

ALWAYS look your best. I know this sounds REALLY obvious but you’d be surprised by how many men don’t understand the importance of this simple tip. You never know when the girl of your dreams will turn up, or where. And it is become a bit of a cliche because it is true — first impressions really do count.
Here are some figures to consider from my studies.
If you make a GOOD first impression on a woman, you have a 90% chance of EVER getting with her at that point (10% of women for whatever reason will be unreachable for most men at ANY point that she might like women herself etc).
